We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft 365 professional with strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch first-line support, ensuring clear and empathetic communication with customers.
- Capture and document customer requirements and issues accurately, focusing on thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 configurations, permissions, and security settings, guaranteeing high reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues with Microsoft 365 services, prioritizing customer satisfaction and timely response.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Continuously seek feedback to enhance service quality.
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator certification is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within IT, SaaS, or customer success environments.
- Proficient in the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to simplify technical terms for non-technical users.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding service experience.
