Job Description:

This is a senior-level position that involves leading strategic operations, driving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction. As an Operations Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing parts and service operations, optimizing inventory, and overseeing all aspects of service management.

You will lead growth strategies, implement cost reduction initiatives, and develop a service-first culture within the organization. You will also oversee inventory management, ensure seamless performance, and manage work schedules to maximize efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role; demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems; experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Non-Negotiables: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset; ability to actively engage with customers to assess service quality and needs.
  • Bonus Points: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

About the Role:
  • This is a remote work setup located in Cebu City, PH.
  • The schedule is Night Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PH Time), Monday–Friday.
