Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Time Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

This role involves monitoring real-time queues, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

About the Role
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, abandonment rate, and handling capacity.
  • Analyze KPI data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address any issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.
Key Requirements
  • At least three years of work experience in a call center environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Excel.
  • Basic understanding of call center KPIs: AHT, Service Level.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
