Real Time Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Real Time Operations Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a key role in monitoring and analyzing real-time metrics, including Service Level, Average Speed of Answer, Schedule Adherence, Occupancy, Average Handle Time, and After Call Work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple call queues in real-time to ensure optimal staffing coverage.
  • Monitoring and adjusting staffing levels at each site to meet planned coverage on an interval basis.
  • Tracking and managing numerous real-time metrics against defined thresholds.
  • Providing outage and crisis management support by facilitating communications between IT teams and site management.
  • Developing and implementing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) action plans to drive performance goals.
  • Working closely with Global Resource Planners to ensure optimal staffing coverage on daily and weekly bases.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
