This position requires coordination with various HR Functional teams and subject matter experts. The ideal candidate will manage intake, triage, and resolve cases from designated client groups in a variety of countries.

The People Solutions Partner will act as the first point of contact, providing support and guidance to employees and supervisors on workplace issues. They will also provide policy and benefit counsel specific to site, country, and payroll, referring to vendors when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide virtual HR Business Partner support and guidance to employees and supervisors.
  2. Apply strong understanding of HR policies, services, and programs in a wide variety of situations.
  3. Navigate complex and ambiguous cases by researching relevant precedent, policies, plan documentation, and exercising judgment.
  4. Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions.
  5. Develop solutions for unique business problems recognizing the intent of the policy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting multinational client groups.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or related role.
  • Experienced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
