Financial Planning and Analysis Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis team plays a crucial role in supporting the financial planning process. The Home-Based Junior Financial Analyst will play a key role in assisting with data gathering, budget development, and consolidation of annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts.

The successful candidate will assist in near- and long-term P&L forecasting, aid in financial budget/forecast revisions focusing on cost reduction, and prepare and process monthly budgets to actual review reports for management.

Key responsibilities include consolidating feedback from management, preparing management reports related to monthly variance analysis, and assisting in preparing weekly and 12-month rolling cash forecasts.

Additionally, the Junior FP&A Specialist will support financial reviews, presentations, and discussions with senior leadership, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis, including modeling for strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data gathering, budget development, and consolidation of annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts.
