Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

At Tito Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements for successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements;
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation;
  • Performing basic data analysis to identify trends and insights;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements;
  • Conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes;
  • Developing user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects;
  • Assisting in developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing;
  • Liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams;
  • Preparing and maintaining project-related documents.
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
