About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Taguig, working a hybrid schedule that includes two weeks of work-from-home per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with consultants and team members to conduct financial analyses, including cost savings projections and data analysis reviews.
  • Developing client analyses and other related documents for company clients and prospects, including presentations and review of pharmacy contracts.
  • Analyzing and comparing vendor products, services, contracts, and pricing guarantees.
  • Designing, distributing, and evaluating responses to RFPs.
  • Supporting the pharmacy practice on intellectual capital initiatives, such as developing new financial models or tools.
  • Assisting with the preparation of select client deliverables.
  • Utilizing onshore-provided templates to facilitate various steps in the Rx Solutions space.
  • Coordinating with the onshore team regarding sending requests, timing, status, and follow-up.
  • Preparing deliverables within time-critical schedules.
  • Monitoring due dates and timelines, including when there are conflicting priorities.
  • Managing follow-up questions/requests from the onshore team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in mathematics or business.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with health and benefits plans (their financials), preferably gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm or at a health insurance company.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following areas: US Healthcare, US Pharmacy, Project Management, Well-Organized and Detail-Oriented, Continuous Improvement Mindset.
  • Amenability to working on a night shift schedule and in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week) in Taguig.
What We Offer

TASQ Staffing Solutions offers a competitive salary package for this position, with an estimated annual salary of PHP 950,000 - PHP 1,050,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market rates in the Philippines for professionals with similar backgrounds and skill sets.
