The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Construction Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) Management: Assist in the procurement of materials, services, and equipment for projects, and manage and track project expenses.
  • Space Planning: Develop space planning strategies and recommendations for clients, and collaborate with the design team to create efficient and effective space layouts.
  • Workplace Optimization: Develop workplace optimization strategies and recommendations for clients, and collaborate with the facilities team to implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Property Development, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
