Quality Assurance Specialist Role

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of applications under test. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders to define testing strategies and execute manual tests using agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing manual and automation test scripts. They should be able to set priorities, work in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively with team members.

  • Responsibilities include creation and execution of test scripts, participating in peer reviews, and producing individual QA status reports.
  • Work closely with the Scrum team to achieve project goals and communicate progress to the QA Lead/Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in agile testing specific roles.
  • 3+ years' experience in functional or automation testing specific roles.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, think critically, and exhibit proactive behavior.
  • Able to work in complex Business & IT environments with minimal supervision.

This is a permanent night shift position requiring a high degree of accuracy and flexibility.
