Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of manual QA testing experience, with expertise in testing web and mobile-based applications.
  • In-depth understanding of the SDLC and hands-on experience with full end-to-end testing.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in API testing.
  • Proficient in:
  • Test Types: Performance, API, Functional, Regression
  • Protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, SOAP, RESTful APIs
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Redmine, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and high-quality standards.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and testing processes.
  • Ability to work on a hybrid set-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and submit detailed test plans for approval, ensuring they follow established testing methodologies.
  • Define test conditions and specifications in line with the approved test plans.
  • Evaluate project requirements and determine necessary tests to ensure software quality.
  • Design, document, and execute test scripts for various functionalities.
  • Implement the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) plan as per the agreed timeline and in accordance with team standards and methodologies.
  • Report defects found during testing of web-based dashboards and back-office portals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Team Lead to ensure effective test implementation across multiple strategies, including functional, regression, migration, stress, and performance testing.

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
