Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Test Analyst.

In this role, you will test software to ensure it works as expected and meets business needs. You will help find and fix issues, work with different teams, and support both manual and automated testing to improve the quality of web, mobile, and Application Programming Interface (API) applications.

What the role will entail

  • Test software to ensure it meets business needs and works as expected
  • Identify and document issues clearly for resolution
  • Work with developers and analysts to fix defects and improve quality
  • Create and run both manual and automated test cases
  • Help improve testing processes by identifying tasks for automation
  • Review and update test scripts to keep them accurate and effective

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in software testing within banking or financial service industry (FSI) environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in automation testing using keyword-driven frameworks, with skills in generating XPath for identifying test elements
  • Strong skills in testing web, mobile apps, and writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries for database validation
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
