Job Title: Production Financial Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Production Financial Support. This position will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient financial operations across various departments.

This is a full-time role, requiring strong collaboration with the production team to guarantee timely payments as orders progress. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing prepayments, vendor payments, and credit card expenses within the company. This includes categorizing credit card expenses in QuickBooks Online, processing and tracking vendor prepayments, and assisting with employee expense reports and reimbursements.

The ideal candidate will possess 1+ year of experience in finance or accounting roles, proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software, and a solid understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely payments.
  • Manage and oversee vendor prepayments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process and track vendor prepayments in accordance with production schedules.
  • Assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to maintain accurate financial records.
