Finance Role Overview

The company is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting services.

  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for product-focused teams.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers.

You will play an active role in the budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions, compiling and assessing monthly financial commentary to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and clearly presented.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Manage and continuously improve financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis.
  • Work closely with Financial Control and Business Support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline month-end processes, and strengthen internal controls.

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in building a career in Finance.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and preferably has experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
