Job Title: Senior Principal Oracle Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle databases, as well as experience with data guard, RMAN, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle 19c databases in physical and virtualized environments.
  • Perform upgrades and patching of RHEL 8.x and Oracle 19c.
  • Validate backup and recovery operations using RMAN.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Oracle database performance.
  • Provide on-demand support for database-related issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience performing tasks related to Oracle database administration.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS, partitioning, text indexing, grid, ASM, RMAN, SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting.
  • Experience with routing, switching, firewall rules, and TCP/UDP/SSH/FTP/SCP/HTTPS protocols.
  • Certifications from Oracle or other relevant vendors are a plus.
