Job Title: Senior Product Manager Role

About the Job:
This is a mid-senior level role that reports to a senior manager or director. The job holder will be responsible for overseeing the product management team and guiding them in achieving business objectives. They will work closely with various teams including marketing, sales, and IT to ensure that products meet customer needs and are profitable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor junior product managers and associate product managers to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Work with the product development team to ensure that products meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
