About the Job:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and take on various responsibilities that will enable you to grow professionally and personally.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage business listings across multiple platforms ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate with business sellers through professional calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence using flawless English grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and provide executive support as needed.
  • Handle Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
