Job Title: Digital Acquisitions Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel strategies across paid social and search platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and TikTok Shop.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily to optimize creative, audiences, bidding, and spend.
  • Focus on return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Optimize full funnel architecture, including landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, and upsells.
  • Lead A/B tests across pages, hooks, calls-to-action, and offers.
  • Turn performance data into actionable testing roadmaps.
  • Create high-converting copy, including ads, headlines, lead-ins, and VSL scripts.
  • Match copy angles to customer psychology and platform behavior.
  • Develop new funnels from scratch for new products or verticals, coordinate landing page design and copy, and leverage proven direct response frameworks for testing new offers.
Requirements
  • Expertise in paid social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads with 2-5+ years of proven results.
  • Experience managing budgets with measurable growth.
  • Deep copywriting and conversion rate optimization (CRO) skills.
  • Experience building landing pages, VSL funnels, and lead generation flows using tools like ClickFunnels, Webflow, HighLevel, Unbounce, etc.
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution.
  • A self-starter attitude, high standards, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, ownership of outcomes, and metric tracking.
