Financial Controller Role

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Financial Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial records and reporting for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

  • Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in a professional services environment

  • Prior work experience with clients/companies in the same accounting role

  • Proficient in the use of Xero accounting software and spreadsheet applications

  • Experience with e-commerce/service business

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
