Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management
  1. Process and verify receipts for goods sold or services rendered;
  2. Follow up on payments from clients and allocate funds accordingly;
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account statuses and transactions.
Communication and Customer Service
  1. Communicate with clients to request payment and arrange payment plans;
  2. Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns;
  3. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to accounts receivable in a professional and courteous manner.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
  1. Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt;
  3. Provide regular updates and insights to management and other stakeholders.
Professional Development
  1. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements;
  2. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities;
  3. Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable or general accounting;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in most software applications, including Netsuite and Google Workspace;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills;
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
