Job Overview

The role of a Product Leader is crucial in steering product development from inception to completion. As a key member of the cross-functional team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to synchronize product strategy with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves driving innovation while ensuring the product meets customer needs and contributes to business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize and present product development ideas, keeping them informed about progress.
  • Develop product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure clear understanding and definition of requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on changing requirements and optimize product performance through AB tests.
  • Implement agile principles and methodologies to improve the product delivery process.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to enhance their product management skills.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
