Product Development Lead

We seek a seasoned Product Owner to spearhead the execution, planning, growth, and sustaining phases of our product lifecycle. This pivotal role demands exceptional strategic acumen, business insight, and leadership prowess.

  • Strategy & Business Direction: Collaborate with Product Heads to formulate and implement visionary strategies that drive growth and profitability for emerging industries.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks & Projects: Efficiently manage diverse ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support dynamic business needs.
  • Team Support: Serve as an alternate for team members when required, ensuring seamless workflow and process continuity.
  • Product Reference Materials: Champion the creation and maintenance of essential product reference materials, including product decks, process memos, contracts, trade letters, dashboards, and other product-related assets (e.g., sales kits, product training videos).
  • Partner Acquisition & Retention: Foster robust partner relationships through timely and effective solutions delivery, enhancing end-to-end customer experience.
  • Product Enhancements: Drive innovation by championing product offerings' enhancements, aligning with business objectives and product development roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge gaps between cross-functional teams to facilitate customer-facing units' understanding of new product/process enhancements, marketing promotions, and offline payment initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong background in product or marketing management.
  • Preferably with experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or IT industries.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling large data sets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, particularly Google Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
