As a key figure in our product development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our products from start to finish. Your close collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure that our products meet the company's goals and objectives, while driving product innovation and ensuring success.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering to align product strategy with overall business objectives.">
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.">
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement.">
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.">
  • Create product specifications and user stories, and work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.">
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.">
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.">
  • Counsel and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.">
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the product, track product metrics to measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement.">

Technical Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.">
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.">
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.">
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.">
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development.">
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX.">
