Senior Lease Professional Role

Accurate lease data management is key to our organization's success. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Lease Administrator to own and maintain precise lease data for assigned countries or regions.

The ideal candidate will perform detailed lease abstraction, review and validate abstraction work from service providers, manage critical dates, and ensure timely updates in the lease database.

  • Full ownership of assigned countries portfolio data and documents
  • Accurate lease abstraction and data encoding with high consistency and completeness
  • Review and validation of abstraction work from service providers ensuring it meets quality standards
  • Coordination with service providers to resolve issues and implement process updates
  • Monitoring and managing critical lease dates for timely action and escalation
  • Developing deep familiarity with assigned portfolio data and documents
  • Auditing existing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Ensuring accurate and timely database updates
  • Building strong working relationships with country stakeholders and internal teams
  • Country/regional compliance for document and data submission as per agreed processes including format and escalating for resolution when necessary
  • Suggesting improvements and automation to existing processes based on business requirements
  • Contributing and supporting on other lease admin requirements and activities as needed
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
