Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a
Office Leasing Manager
located in Makati. The role will be responsible for overseeing office leasing and sales, commercial agency services, and occupier services. It involves managing a team, developing business plans, and executing leasing and sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and research potential tenant companies for properties the Landlord Representation team manages, maintaining up-to-date client databases.
  • Generate business through methods like cold calls, social media messaging, and email marketing for property leasing and sales.
  • Keep databases current with stock, occupancy data, and profiles of landlords/tenants or buyers/sellers.
  • Create marketing materials for properties and coordinate with the marketing team for design and installation.
  • Assist in advertising, planning marketing promotions, and developing pitch proposals.
  • Conduct property inspections, draft lease offer letters, and attend client update meetings.
  • Provide market information to the Research and Consultancy team and assist with research projects.
  • Develop business contacts by attending events targeting landlords, developers, and business owners.
  • Follow guidelines, work as part of a cohesive team, and contribute to identifying business opportunities for the Company.
