Key Role Summary

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through live chat and inbound calls, offering product recommendations, providing quotes, and processing orders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring swift fulfillment of their needs.
  • Support senior project managers in preparing commercial fit-out projects.
Required Expertise:
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with sales/customer service experience are welcome.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Shopify.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with international clients is beneficial.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a productive team.
