Job Overview

As an implementation specialist, you will lead the successful rollout of real estate technology platforms for clients.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, process-driven and customer-focused to ensure timely and seamless onboarding in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a product expert by staying up-to-date with platform updates and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely launches.
  • Conduct client calls to set expectations, review setup progress and ensure proper configuration.
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges, addressing delays and risks proactively.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively with clients to ensure transparency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align platform setup with client requirements.
  • Handle post-launch corrections and escalate issues when necessary.
