About the Role

As a Platform Configuration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation of our platform for clients.

This involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring the system to meet those requirements, and providing comprehensive training and support for a smooth transition.

You will be an integral part of our Professional Services team, collaborating with Customer Success Teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize our platform to meet client requirements
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure client proficiency
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong technical background with expertise in SaaS implementation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in platform configuration and customization
  • Background and interest in B2B Enterprise SaaS Implementation and HR domain experience
