Accounting Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee our internal finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

A strong understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial modeling is essential for this role.

In addition, the candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.

The successful candidate will also be able to establish, monitor, and continuously improve financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.

Maintaining proper filing systems, assisting with contract preparation, and supporting basic HR functions are also key responsibilities of this role.

Experience in process automation and efficiency identification is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and professional certification (CPA preferred) are necessary qualifications for this position.

Controller-level experience is highly valued in this role.
