We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our e-commerce clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and providing solutions or escalating when necessary. As a product expert, they will be able to answer questions quickly and accurately, manage multiple customer conversations at a time, and ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify root causes, provide solutions, or escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate answers and guidance.
  • Manage Multiple Conversations: Handle 20-30 open customer conversations at a time, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues.
  • Analyze Support Trends: Identify patterns in support issues and share insights with product, tech, and ops teams to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field.
  • E-commerce Experience: Proven experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics environments.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
