A Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their team, acting as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent. They work closely with the Client Experience Manager and People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for team members.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping our organization grow and achieve its purpose. We seek impact-driven individuals who are curious, authentic, and dynamic. They should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to articulate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • People Management: oversee the day-to-day management of team members, including coaching and mentoring
  • Performance Quality Management: monitor and assess team members' performance, providing timely feedback through regular coaching sessions
  • Logistics: ensure that team members' and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels
  • Internal Coordination: work with the People Development Manager to make recommendations for team members' career paths and assist in making comprehensive training plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Three years of supervisory experience in a related field
  • Experience supporting SaaS products or troubleshooting experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems and cloud-based applications
