Job Title: Property and Construction Project Manager

As a senior manager, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, project management, construction management, and building management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational.
  • Ensuring that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Acting as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines are met.
  • Developing and implementing building management best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.

Required skills and qualifications include strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency in project management tools and software, in-depth knowledge of construction processes and property maintenance best practices, and prior experience working directly with contractors and service providers.

This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
