The Role

The Paralegal will report directly to the General Counsel and will work closely with the finance department to provide support and expertise in transactional matters.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and review documents related to transactions
  2. Maintain accurate records and databases
  3. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors, and other outside parties

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Paralegal certificate from an accredited program
  • Minimum 3 years of general full-time work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time paralegal experience from a transactional department of an international US firm
