Due to our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Paralegal for our firm. You will assume significant responsibility for supporting legal work internally and for our clients, including NDAs, contract review and analysis, and transposition of contractual pricing data into a database. This position will gain direct exposure to the world of Fintech, including the lifecycle of the company's transactions, asset valuation, and Company's unique approach to optimizing payment transaction flows. The job is fully remote, and the executive team will actively support your professional growth.

Job Duties
  • Review client contracts and take ownership of a record-keeping process to capture key Agreement language and pricing terms.
  • Review and provide comments on non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), business contracts, and other legal documents for the Company and its clients.
  • Manage the client invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client Agreements.
  • Maintain and update client and contract information within the company's CRM system (Zoho).
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Stay current on relevant legal developments and regulatory changes impacting the payments industry.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role, focusing on Contracts and Corporate Law.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract redlining law, and general best legal practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, high efficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with legal research databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and self-directed individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Must be willing to work Mon-Fri 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM Manila Time.

Must be comfortable working Homebased.

Must have reliable internet connection at home.
