- Conduct weekly check-ins to provide updates on progress, address client concerns, and discuss staffing updates, operational needs, and training plans.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and foster strong relationships by proactively engaging and responding to client needs throughout the onboarding period.
Requirements
- Proven experience in onboarding, account management, or client services.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and project management platforms (e.g., Airtable, Google Suite, Zoho).
