Job Role Overview

Assume a pivotal role as a liaison between our customers and field technicians, delivering exceptional support services.

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Coordinate scheduling appointments with customers and field technicians, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Efficiently process inbound and outbound calls to confirm work order details and update status in real-time.
  • Modify work orders as needed to reflect changes or deletions, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Cancel, reschedule, or place work orders on hold as required, catering to customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions and account information for future reference.
  • Evaluate field technician performance and escalate issues as necessary, upholding quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Two years of college-level education, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant disciplines.
  • At least one year of experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment, specifically in field service/dispatch or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-site when required, showcasing adaptability and commitment.
