Strategic Account Development Manager

Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, seeks an experienced Strategic Account Development Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will drive EMR integrations and contracting activities within hospital systems, coordinating efforts between Natera's business units to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans to remove existing barriers and establish access to Natera's technology across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement novel approaches for deep relationships between entities, driving revenue growth through integrations and contracting.
- Become an expert in Natera's service offerings, representing the company at high-level meetings with KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors, and IT professionals.
- Work with operational leaders to create and improve testing workflows and efficiencies, aiming for standardization of Natera products system-wide.
