About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Aereach Strategic Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the President & CEO, including email management, calendar scheduling, project coordination, event planning, travel arrangement, and social media post management.
- Coordinate with vendors for various services, including printed materials, mailings, meals, and other requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the team through regular meetings and other necessary interactions.
- Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for improved efficiency and productivity.
