Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a professional and courteous manner.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and prior call center experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to effectively research and retrieve information across systems, accurately document interactions, and guide customers through options to find the best solutions.

Requirements
