Remote Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to support our diverse portfolio of clients in a remote capacity.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, and guiding customers through options to find the best solutions.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, prior call center experience, and reside within 80km of our office. Additionally, you will need high-speed internet connection, an appropriate quiet work environment, and typing speed of 20+ WPM.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior call center experience with excellent communication skills
- Strong command of the English language with ability to articulate complex ideas
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
