  • Weekly Final Pay Preparation/computation
  • Clearance form tracking (endorsed by HR)
  • Scheduling of releasing
  • Updating of pay summary that will be used for computation
  • Endorsement for checking and review
  • Endorsement to Accounting for entry
  • Coordinating with HR for the pay arrangement
  • Attend to queries related to final pay
  • Preparation BIR form 2316 for the resigned employees

Maintain Various Payroll Records And Prepare Reports including monthly withholding tax, SSS, PHIC, HDMF contributions, loans, and other statutory payments, as well as deductions made to employees.
