We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our financial account services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication and typing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Assist with account management, including updating client information and processing transactions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English communication and typing skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months BPO experience (preferred but not required).
  • Amenability to working onsite at our office location.
