We are a dynamic, fast-paced team at Neksjob Philippines dedicated to Sales Excellence and Data Integration. Our focus is on creating seamless integration, robust architecture solutions, and continuously improving processes to optimize business operations and client engagement.

As an Application Architecture Associate Manager within the Integration space, you will play a key role in managing and executing integration projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support the integration of sales and pricing data across various applications, ensuring seamless workflows, optimal performance, and high-quality outcomes. You will also contribute to the design, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration & Workflow Support:
    • Support the integration of sales and pricing data across different applications and platforms
    • Manage workflows, approvals, and requests using integration tools and platforms
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, CIO Integration, and security teams to enforce access policies and standards
  • Process Optimization & Documentation:
    • Continuously refine process guides and documentation for operational tasks and procedures
    • Gather and manage access lists from different application teams to maintain system integrity
    • Provide insights and feedback to enhance tools and processes design and functionality
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up with stakeholders
    • Work with senior leadership and global teams, ensuring communication aligns with strategic objectives
    • Support different teams by gathering high-level requirements, expectations, and data integration needs
  • Team Mentorship & Development:
    • Train, mentor, and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
    • Promote a collaborative and supportive environment, ensuring team success

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in integration, incident management, enhancements, security, and release management
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Excel, with expertise in data manipulation and formulas
  • Solid knowledge of Sales and Pricing data integration and business workflows
  • Familiar with application development lifecycles and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with stakeholders across teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to processes
  • Flexible work availability to accommodate business-critical calls, release cutovers, and global schedules

Estimated Salary: PHP 3,500,000 per year
