Project Management Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for the effective management of digital projects. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Digital Projects: Oversee the execution of digital projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, identifying milestones, timelines and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT and vendors, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to minimize their impact.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular project status updates, using data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science or engineering.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
