Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage and grow our offshore analytical team. This role requires technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to deliver high-quality insights and solutions that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Effectively allocate resources, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
Analytics Delivery

Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.

Recruit, Train & Collaborate
  • Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
  • Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
  • Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of processes, and best practices across the global analytics function.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • 5+ years of experience using relevant data sources in day-to-day work with clients.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. market desired.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in other tools desired.
  • Solid understanding of business problem-solving and client management.
  • Proven experience managing distributed or offshore teams with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
