Job Description

As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing high-volume multi-currency ledgers, developing customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to collections policies and procedures.

This includes query handling, cash allocation, and final notice processing, all while maintaining positive relationships with customers. You will be responsible for managing a complex ledger system, identifying payments, and resolving queries efficiently.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all document processes are followed and approvals are adhered to at all times. Your ultimate goal is to enable the business to meet its cash collection targets and needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years proven track record of successful cash collecting in a busy global AR team.
  • Tenacious and professionally assertive with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with accounting systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities.
  • Organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize and manage workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines.
