Job Summary:

Description

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills.

  • The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers across various platforms, including phone, web submit, chat, and email.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems reported by customers, providing timely resolutions to minimize their impact.
  • Adhere to established resolution times and continuously improve performance by increasing application knowledge.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working within a travel agency or similar environment is required.
  • Galileo GDS experience is essential; candidates with other GDS system experience may also be considered.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
