Job Title: Fashion Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating original designs, developing patterns, and overseeing the production process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative design concepts based on current fashion trends and target market needs
  • Develop detailed technical drawings and patterns using CAD software
  • Select fabrics, embellishments, color, and style for each garment
  • Collaborate with other designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure the design vision is realized
  • Oversee the fitting, adjustments, and final modifications of prototypes
  • Presentation of design ideas and collections to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or AutoCAD
  • Excellent sense of fashion trends, fabrics, and color theory
  • Strong sketching and illustration skills
  • Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality, unique designs
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sustainable fashion design
  • Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
