Job summary:

  • Expected salary: ₱100,000 - ₱150,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop original fashion concepts and collections in line with market trends and brand identity.
  • Create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings for seasonal collections.
  • Source fabrics, trims, and materials, ensuring quality and alignment with design vision.
  • Work closely with the merchandising, production, and buying teams to meet design timelines.
  • Attend fittings and work with pattern makers and tailors to ensure accurate garment construction.
  • Conduct trend forecasting and market research to inform new designs.
  • Collaborate on branding, packaging, and visual merchandising aspects of the collections.
  • Ensure all designs meet target market expectations, pricing, and manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a retail or luxury brand environment.
  • Strong sketching and illustration skills (manual and digital).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Solid knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of global and regional market trends.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Portfolio demonstrating innovative and commercially viable designs.
