Fashion Design Leadership Role

Seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the design team in producing high-quality visual materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies for store displays, promotional campaigns, digital assets, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into creative design solutions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all retail channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end design project management from concept development to final execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Fine Arts, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in design management, preferably in retail.
  • Proven track record of success in leading design teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in retail design, branding, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

  • This is a full-time role.
